On October 5-8, “Armenia Expo 2016” exhibition of Armenian products and services was held in Iran

Delegation headed by the Deputy Minister of Economy of RA Hovhannes Hovhannisyan attended the exhibition. The delegation was composed of Export Director of Development Foundation of Armenia Hayk Mirzoyan.

The official opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Islamic Republic of Iran Artashes Tumanyan, Deputy Minister of Industries, Mines and Trade and Managing Director of Iran International Exhibitions Joint Stock Company Hossein Esfahbodi, Deputy Director of Iran International Exhibitions Mohammad Javad Ghanbari, Heads and representatives of Diplomatic Corps of the Russian Federation, Georgia, Tajikistan, etc.

More than 100 Armenian companies from different fields of economy participated in the exhibition.

In his welcoming speech, the Deputy Minister of Economy of RA Hovhannes Hovhannisyan stressed the importance of cooperation development with Iran, represented economic situation of Armenia. Hovhannes Hovhannisyan wished good luck to the participants of the exhibition.

Iranian businessmen and the population were very interested with “Armenia Expo 2016” exhibition of Armenian products and services organized in Tehran.
