On October 7, the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan met the Chairman of the Management Board of “Astana EXPO-2017 NC” JSC Akhmetzhan Yessimov.

Opportunities of participation of Armenia in “Astana Expo-2017” have been discussed during the meeting. Akhmetzhan Yessimov informed that all member states of CIS confirmed their participation in the exhibition. 104 countries confirmed their participation in “Astana EXPO-2017”, 98 countries have already appointed their commissars, 82 signed participation agreement.

The Minister Karayan mentioned that the issue will be discussed soon at the Government of Armenia and a decision will be made on participation in the exhibition.
