Within the framework of the ”Armenia. Investment Forum" the thematic plenary session on tourism was held, where the participants of the conference and potential investors were presented tourist attractions of Armenia, developments of the sector, legislative regulations, development projects and investment opportunities.

The First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Garegin Melkonyan made an extensive presentation, presenting Armenia's tourism attractions and indicators of the sector.

During the plenary session were discussed issues related to sustainable development of tourism, diversification of the Armenian tourism product, real potential of regional joint projects with neighboring countries, as well as formation of joint tourism products and promotion in global market.
