On October 13, signing ceremony of a memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan took place.

The memorandum was signed by the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of the Republic of Armenia Suren Karayan and the Minister of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan Shavkat Bobozoda.

Taking into consideration the importance of cooperation development between Armenia and Tajikistan in the fields of trade and economy, the sides decided to take practical measures to increase trade turnover, exchange information on economic policy, eliminate trade barriers, etc.
