On December 1, the Minister of Economic Development and investments of the RA Suren Karayan met businessman Artak Asatryan and the head of "Ashtarak Kat" Company's rehabilitation program Artak Avagyan.

Before this stage as a result of collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and investments of the RA and the Central bank, were discussed the steps which are necessary for regular functioning of company involved in rehabilitation process.

Minister Suren Karayan said in his introductory speech. "We had a number of discussions to solve the arising problems around "Ashtarak Kat ". Now we have reached a stage of the conflict resolution. It is important for us to understand the company's working direction, maintained jobs, how the arrears of villagers will be repaid. During our previous discussions numbers of approaches were fixed. Today all of them will be finalized."

Later, during an interview with the reporters, the Deputy Minister Tigran Khachatryan noted that the representatives of the organization had a series of negotiations with the former owners.

The head of company's rehabilitation program Artak Avagyan assured that the company's products are already on the market for 3 days. Within the framework of the rehabilitation program the company will try to do its best to avoid losing its customers. Artak Avagyan also said that separate negotiations with the agriculture products suppliers are carring on.
