On December 22, the meeting with the participation of the members of coordination working group to boost export and establishment of free economic zone in the territory of the Armenian-Iranian border was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of RA.

The meeting was conducted by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Hovhannes Azizyan.

During the meeting the issues of simplification of export process of Armenian products to Iran, removal of existing obstacles, as well as activities carried out in this direction.

Reference was made to the possibilities of expanding bilateral economic cooperation and presentation of Armenian products to the Iranian market.

The establishment of free economic zone in the territory of the Armenian-Iranian border was also discussed by the participants of the meeting.
