Meeting with festival organizers, Committee officials and representatives of Development Foundation of Armenia took place at the State Tourism Committee of Armenia.

During the meeting festival organizers presented the schedule of festivals. Issues on decentralization of tourism, discovering economic potential in communities as well as other issues have been discussed.

The Chairperson of the State Tourism Committee of Armenia Zarmine Zeitountsian mentioned during the meeting that there is an international tendency that tourists, except familiarization interest and entertainment, are more interested in getting acquainted with culture and traditions of the country, participating in traditional celebrations, sharing experience with representatives of local communities.
