On March 22, Armenia’s Minister of Economic development and investments Suren Karayan met with UAE’s Minister of economy Sultan Bin Saeed Al Mansoori in Abu Dhabi to discuss the circle of issues of mutual interest.

The sides discussed actions taken in the direction of creating a joint investment fund and the upcoming steps.

The agenda also included the sectors and programs of interest for Emirati investors. An agreement was reached to present several investment programs of interest to the Emirati side.

The two ministers also spoke about the growth of trade turnover and exports between Armenia and the UAE.

Karayan also discussed with his UAE counterpart the latter’s possible visit to Armenia in the upcoming months.
