On July 14, the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan received the President of Technology and Science Dynamics Company Vahan Chakaryan and the Deputy Director of Italian IDS Corporation Alberto Palante.

The Minister greeted the cooperation of Italian IDS Corporation with Technology and Science Dynamics Company, expressed hope that new initiatives will launch and assured the guests that the initiative will have full support of the state.

On the same day, a press conference on the cooperation between the Italian IDS Corporation and Technology and Science Dynamics Company took place at the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of RA.

The speakers of the press conference were the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Emil Tarasyan, Executive Director of the Development Foundation of Armenia Armen Avak Avakyan, the President of Technology and Science Dynamics Company Vahan Chakaryan and the Deputy Director of Italian IDS Corporation Alberto Palante.

Details on establishing a research laboratory and a new branch of high-tech forensic production in Armenia have been represented during the press conference.

The Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Emil Tarasyan spke on the new investment project and added, “It is very pleasant that this is not just a foreign direct investment, but also an investment in the research field, which is now one of the driving forces of our economy. Economy is facing new challenges now, the traditional industries and existing industries need to be upgraded with new technologies so that we can boost productivity in industry, promote our local products and have economic growth.”
