A few months ago, the State Committee for Tourism of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of RA received a request in which was said that a Lebanese company plans to organize the visit of a Group of tourists with disabilities to Armenia. Now 38 tourists are in Armenia and will tour over Armenia and will enjoy the Armenian warm reception and hospitality on the next seven days.

The visit of the group has been organized as the result of active cooperation between State Committee for Tourism, Yerevan Municipality, “Cross” Health Center and Double Tree by Hilton Yerevan Hotel.

The Committee thanks the Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan and the Yerevan Municipality for providing a comfortable transportation to the guests, as well as the “Cross” Health Center and Double Tree by Hilton Yerevan Hotel.

The tourists shared their impressions with the representatives of the State Committee for Tourism of Armenia. They were very impressed and highlighted the attention and care of Armenians. Some of the tourists are interested in the Armenian brandy and wine. They look forward to the visit to the Ararat brandy company. The guests also mentioned the safety issue in Armenia, adding that they feel very safe here.

The tourists will also attend Garni, Geghard, Ejmiatsin, Khor Virap.
