On August 18, the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan, the Governor of Syunik Region Vahe Hakobyan, the Chief Adviser to the Prime Minister of RA Gagik Martirosyan visited “Meghri” free economic zone area to explore and discuss developing prospects of FEZ.

The community leader, representatives of construction organizations, designers and relevant infrastructure managers also participated in the discussions.

Yesterday, the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan and the Advisor of the President of Iran and Secretary of Free Zones Coordination Council Akbar Torkan signed a memorandum of cooperation which is aimed at defining the main directions of cooperation between Armenia and Iran in the field of free economic zones.
