On September 27, the 7th session of the Armenian-Kazakh Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation took place in Yerevan.
The Co-Chairman of the Armenian-Kazakh Intergovernmental Commission from the Armenian side is the Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan and from the Kazakh side the Minister of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Zhenis Kassymbek.
The session was run by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of RA Robert Harutyunyan and the Vice Minister of Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Erlan Khairov.
The session was attended by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Kazakhstan Ara Sahakyan and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Republic of Armenia Timur Urazayev.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues on the development of cooperation in trade-economic, agriculture, transport, tourism, culture and other spheres of mutual interest have been discussed.
Within the framework of the session, a meeting-discussion of the business circles of two countries was held.
During the meeting, a protocol on further steps of cooperation development has been signed.
