The opening ceremony of the office of cooperation of the Republic of Armenia in Qingdao took place with the participation of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the People's Republic of China Sergey Manassarian and Trade Representative of RA to China Hrant Abajyan.

The Armenian businessmen will have the opportunity to establish their representations in the office financed by “Belt & Road Collaborative Innovation Center”. The office will run activity on the promotion and sale of Armenian goods and services in the Chinese market, promotion of tourism and establishment of Armenian-Chinese business ties. The functions of the office in Qingdao will be implemented by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of the Republic of Armenia.

The opening of the office was marked by the signing of relevant agreements between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Armenia, Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen, as well as between the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia and “Belt & Road Collaborative Innovation Center”.
