On December 19, the sitting of the Governing Council of the National Standardization Body was held at the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of RA. Issues on the activity of the body have been discussed.

Director of the national body Yenok Azaryan represented the draft of the national budget of the National Institute of Standards for 2018 to the council.

During the sitting, the members of the council also discussed the agenda of the upcoming meeting, set the scope of issues, including the three-year development program and strategy of the National Institute of Standards.

The Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan has been elected as a Chairman of the Governing Council of the National Standardization Body.
