On January 30, discussion on the second phase of “Meghri” FEZ project implementation run by the Deputy Minister Hovhannes Azizyan took place at the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of RA.

The discussion was attended by the representatives of the Department of Investment Attraction and Coordination of the Ministry, Development and Investments Corporation of Armenia, Avenue Consulting Group LLC, “Meghri” Free Economic Zone CJSC.

The Head of Strategic Management Advisory Services of Avenue Consulting Group LLC Karen Martirosyan introduced the second phase of “Meghri” Free Economic Zone construction project business plan. According to the business plan, the development of the infrastructure and the expansion of the territory of the FEZ will be carried out in order to create preconditions for profitable business for investors.

A number of suggestions on the project have been discussed, the areas of future cooperation and the schedule of the future meetings have been defined.
