The Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Belarus to the Republic of Armenia Igor Nazaruk.

The Minister discussed issues related to the development of economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as the course of arrangements reached during the session of the Armenian-Belarusian intergovernmental commission.

Suren Karayan discussed with Igor Nazaruk the cooperation in production of vehicles. It was noted that the working group of the Belarusian side will soon visit Armenia to strengthen cooperation in transport and logistics.

During the meeting, the sides touched upon the issues regarding the formation of import substitution tools in EAEU and stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation with the Development Bank of Belarus.
