The Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Suren Karayan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Republic of Armenia Mohammed Haj Ibrahim.

The Minister discussed with the Ambassador the results of the visit of the delegation headed by him last year. Suren Karayan noted that a number of arrangements have been reached that will boost the Armenian-Syrian economic ties and will contribute to the reconstruction of Syria.

The Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Syrian Arab Republic to the Republic of Armenia discussed the possibilities of holding Armenian exhibitions in Syria and Armenia.

The prospects of exporting Armenian products to Syria have been discussed during the meeting.
