On May 3-6, the exhibition of Iranian products is held in Yerevan Expo center.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Hovhannes Azizyan and the Head of Alborz Province Industry, Mine and Trade Organization Mohahegh.

Hovhannes Azizyan welcomed the participants of the exhibition and mentioned that the exhibition is one of the next steps promoting the development of the Armenian-Iranian trade and economic relations. According to the Deputy Minister, Alborz is a wealthy state with industrial products, and the exhibition is a good opportunity to look at the perspectives of cooperation with the Armenian businessmen in this area. Hovhannes Azizyan mentioned that signing of Iran-EAEU free trade agreement is an important event in the economic agenda, which will have its impact on deepening economic cooperation between Armenia and Iran.

About 40 Iranian companies representing the spheres of food industry, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment and industrial equipment are represented at the exhibition of Iranian products.

During the exhibition, Iranian and Armenian businessmen will participate in business forum and B2B format meetings, focusing on the expansion of economic cooperation, increasing trade turnover and, in particular, establishment of joint ventures in trade and economic zones.
