The Minister of Economic Development and Investments of RA Artsvik Minasyan received the representatives of Doing Business project of the World Bank. During the meeting, the sides touched upon the activity on business environment improvement and reforms, which will allow to improve the position of Armenia in the World Bank's Business Advisory Report. Minister Minasyan presented to the experts a number of changes in the sphere, which significantly reduced the opportunities for doing business.

Reforms have been implemented in legislation that regulates the sphere of assessment. The Minister asked the experts to pay attention to the opportunities provided by the new political situation, stressing that they will continue to work at a new level to adopt the best decisions to improve the business environment through open and transparent manners.

The representatives of Doing Business project Tiziana Londero and Parvina Rakhimova touched upon the process of preparation of the autumn report, as well as their impressions of the meetings with Armenian business circles within a week. Experts pointed out entrepreneurs' enthusiasm over the new government and political change, which can have good impact for business promotion.

During the meeting, technical support for a wide range of legislative improvements in the business environment has been discussed.
