On June 8, presentation of food products produced in Armenia took place at the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation.

More than two dozen producers from Armenia participated in the event. A wide range of food products have been presented: dairy products (cheese), wine and brandy assortment, canned fruits and vegetables, confectionery, processed meat products, fish products, etc. Some producers have been introduced for the first time in the Russian market.

The presentation was attended by representatives of different trading companies from the Russian side, major retail chains, such as the X5 Retail Group, as well as online stores, businessmen, restaurants, mass media representatives. As Moscow is also one of the largest logistic centers where large-scale export-import operations are carried out, representatives of specialized logistic centers have also been invited to participate in the presentation.

According to the suggestion of the Ministry of Economic Development and Investments of RA, taking into consideration the interest and desire of Armenians living in the Russian Federation to participate in the processes of economic development of Armenia, Armenian representatives of Russian business community have also been invited. They participated in the presentation and expressed interest in investing in Armenia.

The event was organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation and Trade Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Russian Federation with the participation of Business Armenia Foundation.
